Shelbey's passion for dentistry began in 2009 when she enrolled in the Dental Assistant ROP program. Over the years, she honed her skills and knowledge by working in every position within the dental office, from clinical to front office, and in treatment coordination to operations management. This hands-on experience provided Shelbey with invaluable insights into the inner workings of dental practices and ignited her desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
